- Jack Li holds an MBA degree and a Master’s degree in Computer Science Engineering from University of Texas at Arlington.
- Before studying in United States, Jack used to be the leader of Technology Innovation Project in Guangdong Electric Power Bureau. In United States, Jack once worked as Trading Analyst in Lanelogic LLC, and Project Manager for investment bank business in Halter Financial Group. After coming back to China, Jack was working as Managing Director in Shanghai JHL Investment Advisory Co., Ltd. With 20 years ofinvestment experiences, Jack has solid experiences in private equity investments and investment banking. He completed several Chinese companies listing transactions including China Gengsheng Minerals, Inc. (NYSE: CHGS). Also,he served as Financial Advisor and conducted the bonds offering of Jiangsu Sunshine Co.,Ltd, and the restructuring of Huashan Tourism Group Co., Ltd. Jack finished the investments in FMCG sector, TMT sector, and automotive after market sector.
